For surveys projects we ensure site visit and desktop studies are completed. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure the survey remit is understood and an agreement is in place for all areas such as access issues, times of day survey to be completed etc. Surveys times and for longer surveys a detailed programme is proivded ensuring they are completed on time aligned to the client requirements and budget.
Asbestos Removal Project Management
Effective asbestos removal requires careful planning, compliance, and expert oversight. Our experienced team manages the entire planning phase following an asbestos survey—whether from a Management Survey or a Refurbishment Survey linked to a specific project.
Survey Review & Remedial Planning

Contractor Selection & Tender Management
We only work with approved asbestos removal contractors, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards. Our team:

Escorts contractors on-site to provide an accurate understanding of Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACMs) present in the building.
