Bulk sampling and Analysis using a UKAS accredited laboratory.

Our BOHS qualified surveyors can attend your building to undertake bulk sampling of suspected materials to confirm if asbestos as required with analysis of samples completed by a UKAS accredited laboratory.

Project management of surveys and asbestos removal works

We aim to provide consultancy and compliance from “cradle to grave” with independent advice to manage all types of asbestos survey and asbestos removal works with over 20 years of consultancy experience.

Asbestos specification

A specification ensures asbestos removal works is undertaken aligend to the requirements of the client rather than an asbestos contractor adopting an approach. The specification allows for a standard to be met, ensuring a project and costs associated can be assessed fairly when a number of costs submissions are provided to a client and a consistent approach is adopted. Through our consutlancy experience we can ensure the specification is prodcued to ensure efficiences through phasing of works or inclusion of other asbestos items within an area possibly outside the scope of a project but long term management of asbestos can be addressed earlier in time.
